This SMS Disclosure describes how Fourtree Marketing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and manages your phone number and text message communications. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to the terms below.

2. Types of Messages We Send

Appointment Reminders Confirmation and reminder messages for scheduled discovery calls or consultations you have booked.
Follow-Up Communications Follow-up messages after you have expressed interest in our services via our website or phone.
Service Updates Notifications regarding your active service, onboarding, or account status as a client.
Promotional Messages Occasional offers, announcements, or educational content relevant to AI systems for local businesses. Sent only to opted-in contacts.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry and service status. Typically 2–6 messages per month for active leads; 2–4 per month for clients. You will never receive unsolicited messages.

3. How You Opt In

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have explicitly opted in through one of the following methods:

  • Submitting a form on our website (fourtreemarketing.com) with SMS consent checkbox checked
  • Booking an appointment through our online scheduling system with SMS consent acknowledged
  • Signing a service agreement that includes an SMS communications clause
  • Verbally confirming consent during a phone call, followed by a written confirmation SMS

We do not send SMS messages to contacts who have not explicitly opted in. Providing your phone number without checking the SMS consent box does not constitute opt-in.

4. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply to any message with one of the following keywords:

STOP CANCEL END QUIT UNSUBSCRIBE

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-enroll, text START or opt in again through our website.

Message and data rates may apply. Fourtree Marketing does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

7. Data Privacy & Sharing

Your phone number and consent status are stored securely in our CRM. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist in delivering our SMS platform (e.g., GoHighLevel), who are contractually bound to protect your data
  • Legal authorities if required by applicable law or court order

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service supports all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this SMS Disclosure from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
